1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Nouri account or using the Nouri app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Description of service
Nouri is a wellness companion that uses AI to scan food, plan meals, track nutrition, and guide workouts. The service evolves over time — features may be added, changed, or removed as we improve the product.
3. Free trial and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial of paid features. We'll remind you three days before your trial ends. If you don't cancel, your subscription auto-renews monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose. You can cancel any time from your profile — your access continues until the end of the current period, and we don't charge cancellation fees.
4. Acceptable use
Use Nouri for personal wellness. Don't try to scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service. Don't upload content that's illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.
5. Health disclaimer
Nouri is not medical advice. The information Nouri provides — scores, recommendations, meal plans — is for general wellness and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical conditions, before changing your diet significantly, or before starting a new exercise program.
6. Intellectual property
The Nouri name, branding, and software are owned by Nouri. The content you create (scans, notes, meal logs) remains yours — we use it to provide the service and improve our models, subject to the privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability
Nouri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
